Cabbage stem
Cauliflower stem portions
Mixed herbs (stem or waste portions of coriander)
1inch ginger
2 cups water
Boil all nicely washed vegetables in 2 cups of water for fifteen minutes at low heat in pressure cooker. Drain the liquid and let it cool completely.
This vegetable stock is ideal for making soups and casseroles.
Fill stock in ice cube tray for freezing.
