Cake Pudding eggless

Cake pudding

500 grams cake
300 grams whipped cream
4 cups oranges (jira )
2 tablespoon marmalade or jam
1 orange for garnish
4 tablespoon squash
1 gless bowl (4×9×2)

Make thin slices out of cake.
Arrange one layer of cake at the bottom of bowl.
Sprinkle some orange squash on cake and than spread a layer of whipped cream over it.
Mix 2 tablespoon cream with orange jira,spread half of it over cream layer.

Mix one spoon hot water with marmalade and take it in a paper cone and spread it along the edges of bowl.

Put another layer of cake over orange and then remaining oranges jira.
Decorate the top with cream and orange and marmalade.

TO TAKE OUT JIRA SLIT EACH SLICE from the back with a sharp knife and open to remove pith the white parts.

Serve pudding chilled after 1 hour.
