Dinner Rolls
4 cups flour
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon salt
2 level teaspoon dried yeast
1 1/2 cup warm water
2 teaspoon sugar
Dissolve 1 teaspoon sugar in warm water and sprinkle yeast .leave to form froth.
Rub butter in flour, add salt and sugar.
Pour yeast liquid in to flour and knead to make a smooth and elastic dough.
Leave the dough to rice for one hour.
Divide the dough into twelve equal pieces.
Roll them under your fingers into long strands fold and twist.
Arrange all dinner rolls on a greased tray.
Can make different shapes or use some fillings to make stuffed rolls.
Bake them at 280 ℃ in top shelf for 10 minutes in preheated ovan.
Grease hot rolls with butter.
Keep them covered to become soft and shiny.
